I've read in an old Randy Spears interview that male pornstars sometimes strip for female parties, but that's just about it. Female fans of male pornstars are very rare, and those who want to actually have encounters and risk getting some sexual disease are even rare (they are more into fantasy). A male fan may of course do such things because the sexual urges are quantitively different.
