Hello everybody,

So here is my first post.

I am looked for a DVD repro house that does adult but in small quanities (<25.

I have a small amateur, foot fetish site and I have been burning our DVDs 1 at a time (pain in the ass).

Thanks

Hi, Steven,

Professionell repro houses don't do smaller quantities than 500 normally.
I think the best thing for you would be an automatic burner for your home.

How about buying a dvd/cd duplicator.

Here's one that copies 1 dvd onto 9.

CD DVD Duplicator 9

There are cheaper ones with less drives.

You might want to try Rima.com. They have DVD duplicators that will copy anywhere between 1 DVD ($449) and 400 DVD's ($5,650).

For your quantity, it sounds like one of the 3 50 disc capacity duplicators ($1,495 - 2,295), might be the best bet. These duplicators only copy one at a time, but they have a self feeding hopper, so you just load the machine and let it run until it runs out of discs.

The other duplicators that will copy up to 16 discs will copy more discs simultaneously, but you will need to swap out the discs after each group has finished burning. For example, if you want to burn 24 discs on the 8 disc replicator, after each 8 burn, you need to remove them and put in new blanks. But, if you are watching over it, it will burn 24 discs in the same time as the ones with the hopper will burn 3 discs. On the other hand, the one with the hopper will burn all 24 completely unattended. It will just take 8 times as long to do as an 8 disc replicator.

i'd just start checking with the places like u-dubit that have no minimums and let you upload the data instead of mailing it. see if they'll take it--they may not look at the content if you just send them files. if you took the top ten google results, chances are someone won't have a problem.

honestly, any duplicator under $1000 is going to be slow, unreliable and cost you time sitting around feeding it discs. if your time is valuable, send it out-they'll take care of labelling the cases and the stuff a monkey could do.

I check out a few of those "1 off" places with <25 runs, but they ask you about the content and so far none of them will do it.

I think I'm going to start a new thread and ask about just selling the distro rights to them.

Thanks for the advice.

Steven
