I could put them in Truecrypt file containers, but this seems to "waste" too much space - ie you need to make a big file container to store one AVI, but then it's too big to burn to DVD. I probably don't need that level of protection, just a basic password protect would do. Any suggestions?  [Link] |

Most things are different there, including word usage. 503 Posts 12/06 | Posted - May 17 2010 : 11:48AM Zip the file and then burn it as a data file into a DVD. If it is two large for a single DVD (4.7 Gb) then in the data format it can be split over more than one DVD. Of course, they can't be 'played' in that format. You would have to decompress the file onto your hard drive to get it back to AVI format.  [Link] |
