Enemas are not only for Anal Sex.
They are done routinely before examining for colon cancer.
They also have some health benefits.
Considering most of the food we eat today has a lot of preservatives. Many of these stay in your intestines. And over the years they build up. If you have never had a good full enema before it is Possible for you to have upto 5 pounds of extra stuff lining the whole of your intestines.

I give myself an enema once about every three times to make sure there is not any stuff left behind.

I recently purchased an herbal "colon cleanser" as I just can't bring myself to do an enema.

I had read that as well, about there being a build up of toxins and preservatives and such in our bodies. I also read it contributes to allergies etc. *Imagine a Mr Yuck face here* lol
