On the 8/3, I ordered 5 disks from erodvd - they never arrived; MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN DEBITED WITH A TOTAL OF 126.46 EUROS/£80.75.

I notified them of this on the 8/8 - on the 8/9 they said they would send them again - as at todays date I have never received any disks.

Now I have ordered roughly 550 DVD's from adultdvdnow, disks from Australia, Hong Kong, etc - I HAVE NEVER HAD 1 DISK GO MISSING - and I am supposed to believe that 2 orders they sent BOTH go missing; they are not the "banned" category and I did not receive any letters from Customs.

Their homepage states; "We sell our products Worldwide with a 100% guarantee of delivery" - NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!

I have mailed them every week since about the 8/8 to try and sort this out and they just keep lying to me; here is what they have been saying each week;

" When you do not get the order by Friday, we will give you your money back" - Gerti, who is the CEO

"We will send your money back and delete you out of our system which means that you can not order in the future at our internet stores again. " - BANNING ME!!!! - Gerti - CEO

8/31 - again
"I can not help that you not recieve the orders.
I do NOT give money back immediately but next week we will do, no problem" - Gerti - CEO

"Next week you will get an letter from our assurance company. Please fill in and after they agree we will give money back." - Gerti - CEO - NO LETTER ARRIVED!!

"We have given the creditcard permission to give money back so one of these days it must be at your account." - Aline

"We give you a refund, we allready did. Next week it MUST be at your account - Please be patient - I did promise you, so you will see. " - Gerti - CEO

The above represents some of the actual statements from their Chief Executive - lifted directly from his e-mails to me!

As at the 9/28;

- I have been charged for 5 DVD's
- promised a refund credited to my acoount since 8/27
- banned by the company
- sent about 30 e-mails trying to resolve the matter
- not received a refund

So I now need to hand the matter over to my credit card company to resolve the problem.

The above is simply the facts - no elaboration in any way!

So in summary - take great care when ordering disks from this company - they do not live up to the promises made on their homepage or the e-mails from their CEO!!!
