I placed an order on 09/18 and I haven't got my DVDs yet. I received a tracking number from them. The tracking results show that it was delivered on 09/22 in FL. The actual shipping address is in OH.
I sent an email 3 days back and no response so far. I called the customer service and left my name and number. No response again.
It's sad that I have to come to this forum to discuss and get my problem noticed by DVDADVANTAGE. I don't know why people keep praising DVDAdvantage... they screwed up my orders 4 out of 5 times. The DVDs are cheap but it's a pain to deal with DVDAdvantage.

Within a day or two I will be posting Shopping Reports from a number of e-tailers. One of the not-so-good experiences is from DVD Advantage. Stay tuned.

Good Evening dnaren, its very sad but we have had some problems with the USPS system. From what they tell
me the system is very backed up and they have had problems with packages going to the wrong address etc, etc.
I don't know why your problems haven't been resolved but if you would please give me a call on Friday at TOLL FREE

I placed an order with DVDadvantage for the first time over two weeks ago and I still have not received my stuff yet. I e-mailed them a week ago to see what was going on and got a response that my order was "lost" and would be re-shipped. Since I didn't get a tracking number I still don't know if it was lost in the mail or just their system, either way I still don't have my dvd's. I would also like to add that I placed two orders that day, one at dvdadvantage and one at fivestar. I received the one from fivestar 3 days later. I don't know about you but I would rather pay a couple bucks extra and be able to check the status of my order online and know that it will ship out fast instead of having to wonder what happened to my stuff.
