Anyone else having trouble with this?

It's the second time my browser freezes after I submit my order details.

It happened before and I missed out on a great special

When I contacted erodvd by E-mail they told me the order hadn't registered in their system...

Now this happens again on another computer!

Guess I'll have to order by fax again...

My guess is that your browser's SSL version is incompatible with their's. Try upgrading your browser.

I have Norton Internet Security on my PC. I sometimes have to disable it in order to get certain java type functions or sites that use cookies to work.

I have only ordered from EroDVD once, and had to disable security in order for it to work properly.

I've had no problems using their SSL with my orders, I also have Nortons running as well.

I have to boot windows and use IE to order from erodvd, i can't get it done from mozilla and linux.

Looks like a MS special proprierity extra in the code, iow pretty much compatible!

To Kaneda: I also run Linux with Mozilla (version 1.3). I placed an order with EroDVD in April using the newer site, and it worked OK for me. Maybe they've changed it recently, or your browser is an older one?

But I still think the EroDVD site is way too bloated with Java applets. They really need to make it lean and mean..

I will upgrade it then, have a java_vm crash at least once every time i visit and browse the site. Hmm, maybe i've screwed up somewhere. I use the 1.2.1 version of mozilla now.

Hm.. just had a glance at their site on this PC (my second computer) and found their ordercart doesnt work on this one but works fine on the other. I'm running XP Pro here, and ME on the other one where it works fine. I might email them and let them know about this,

cheers,
