I've purchased both vids and DVD's from Excalibur and I've never really had any problems with them as far as their services and products are concerned. But I've heard that their real-time inventory status of some of their products might not be entirely true and delays can occur, so if you really want to order from them it is best to email them ahead of time and find out the current availablity of the item you're interested in.
