I usually use adultdvdtoday.com but have been waiting for AGES for an out of stock title to come in, and it still hasn't.

A lot of the stores I look at don't have the titles I am looking for (Mainly the rarer Sineplex titles) but excalibur does. However, I don't want to pay customs charges...

Does anybody have any experiences to share?

All the time.

Can't say I have any points of comparison, as this is the only company I use, but I'm quite happy with its Hitflix rental program.

Did you have to pay any customs fees when you bought things?

I dealt with them a couple of years ago. Ordered 2 dvd's Jenna's Photoplay and Angels with Sydnee Steele. The pacaging was bad and it got checked by Canada Customs, they did view one of the dvd's, Angels, as it had no plastic wrapping on it, and I had to pay GST (7%) and PST (8%) on the conversion to Canadian Funds, also add $5 that Canada Post charges for a handling fee to process the collection of such taxes.
So now I only deal with Action DVD and Five Star DVD as they send the cover ar and disc without the case, in a Priority Envelope. Never gets opened and checked. Also i deal with videocanada.com out of Montreal and sometimes mail orders with VMC/Club Prive as they now go by Club Prive and Oz Direct both out of Montreal as well.
videocanada.com is good for orders of say more than 4 movies and if you spend $100 you get free shipping, also they send you a code to get 20% off on your order.
Five Star I get my Amber Lynn movies cheap and when they just had a ton of JKP dvd's for $4.99-$7.99 US that was a steal too.

Have been using excalibur.com for a few years now (amongst others). Usually everything goes fine, ocasionally items are out of stock. Earlier this year nothing had arrived after a 3 month wait, I mailed them, they sent the items anew, free of charge.

Reverse that Cowgirl!!

Never had any problems with customs, most everything is allowed in Holland. :)
