Anybody knows what's going on with Five Star?
Are they support Kickbacks or leave this program?

Me too. They get almost all of my business. Good prices and great customer service. The only problem I have sometimes some new movies are out of stock pretty fast and some movies don't get back in stock soon so I'm kind of forced to order someone else.

Agree with Ramsey. Been devoted customer of Five Star, but looks they have same business problems these days. Can happen to everyone.

"Good customer service"? Admittedly that was true in the past, but hey, I sent an E-mail 2 days ago requesting info on when they'd be restocking on items in my wish+list and I've heard sod all in return! As for the aforementioned stock, I've noticed that they keep it a bit thin, with only a small amount of their catalogue being in+stock. They also don't seem in an all great hurry to restock with titles that customers put in their wish+lists!

The key to getting out of stock titles is, order them and they will get them quicker. I do it all the time, and I usually get them about a week or two the latest after the in stock ones arrive to me.
I know Five Star you can order out of stock items but not sure about toher retailers.
