Several months ago I ordered Shane's Tropical Paradise for some friends a a gift. They never received it. Several weeks ago I emailed Adult DVD Explorer about the problem. Nobody bothered to get back to me. That is not good business. Believe me, I am fair and would have rather had a response than to post this message, but the final outcome is that you get negative advertising. Make it right and I will let others know.

And another thing. After I sent my email to you I started to get a lot of junk mail from Blue Dolphin, Group Lotto, and 247 profits. Is this your doing. I had no problems with this before and my other excite addresses have not gotten this junk mail. Note: Others reading this should realize that I have no firm proof that Adult DVD explorer is behind this junk mail. But, I was curious as to whether anybody else had the same problem.

Avoid dvdexplorer. Worst customer service of all the dvd sites I have dealt with. They promised to make good on a defective dvd from 1999! Almost 2 years later, nothing. I've e-mailed them 3-4 times and they do not respond. When I posted my problem on this forum in March[2001] I did get a response, and James from dvdexplorer promised to replace the disc. Well here it is May and nothing has been done. I've sent him all the info-dates, invoice#,address, etc. Five Star is the best place to order dvds, no question about it. Other great sites are dvdavantage, dvdempire, xonair and dvdexotic.

Dear "Rojo,"

If it's ok with you...we feel the opposite (about our service). While handling hundreds of orders per day, occationally, yes, we would have errors in processing orders, which can easily be rectified if we are being contacted promptly. So PLEASE call us so we can help you. Our toll free number is 1-877-938-3999. Thank you.

Regards,

DVD Explorer

Sounds like you guys should give them a call. I've had pretty good luck with them. Shipping is always prompt (and free in CA) I got sent the wrong disc today, gave them a call. Replacement is shipping today, even gave me a UPS tracking number. I'm pretty darn satisfied with them. Give them another try.
