Hi ladies and gents!
Looking for any advice or if any once else has had a similar issue, but basically I joined a few John Thompson Bukkake sites, enjoyed them and then decided to move on. However when it came to German goo girls i discovered that my memebership was still active and I was being charged. So I thought I must of forgot, cancelled it, checked to make sure I wasn't still subscribed to anything else through Centrobill (with both my cc and debit card details) which I wasn't so I then thought nothing of it.
However last week I discovered that I was in fact still being charged for EXTREMEBUKKAKE.com. And had been for quite a while! (Over 6months)!! I knew I had cancelled it because I did it on my Friends birthday! (Long story)!
Anyhow i immediately tried to cancel it again before being charged for March 2017 and contacted e-support24 about my situation and asking for a refund for over 6months of recurring charges. guess what, it didn't cancel and I was charged yet again! So naturally I Sent more emails/repeated cancellation attempts and they finally emailed me this morning to say it had been cancelled but mentioned nothing of a refund.
I've checked their terms and conditions for EXTREMEBUKKAKE cancellation process and it states:
7.4 TO CANCEL AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF TRIAL AND/OR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, NOTIFY THE COMPANY AT LEAST ONE WORKING DAY PRIOR TO THE END OF THE PAID TRIAL PERIOD BY VISITING WWW.E-SUPPORT24.COM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY OF CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
Now I did this but still they have managed to take a lot of money from me! (£34.95pm) It's an absolute joke and such a shame for a good site too! BEWARE PEEPS!
So basically I'm just wondering has anyone else had any similar problems?
Because I keep emailing then (through esupport24) but just get nothing back from them!

If you don't have a wife or significant other to worry about, and are not "ashamed" if people know that you watch porn, file a complaint with your credit card provider.
Tell them you are a victim of fraud (i.e. that you have cancelled yet are still being charged), and tell them exactly the amount involved and the dates and time period involved.
I would be very surprised if they don't refund your money immediately after being contacted by your bank.
And, if your bank is satisfied that your complaint/claim is legitimate, they will go ahead and claw back the charges from ExtremeBukkake.com and refund it to your account -- whether the merchant likes it or not.

Yeah, I don't know if the laws are exactly the same, but in the U.S., you call the phone number on the back of your credit card and report an unauthorized charge for a service that you have canceled. They may remove the charge immediately, or may (if the amount being billed is more substantial) send a form for you to complete, and then remove the charge, but they will remove it.
Read your credit card contract--there is a time period for you to dispute charges. You can't dispute them six months or six years later. But you can dispute anything within 60 days of the date each bill was due (or whatever). So you will get part of the charges reversed, but not something six months old.
I disputed something once that was supposed to be embarrassing--a sex toy or something. I don't remember what. Don't sweat it. The credit card company doesn't take a position on things like whether you are supposed to be buying things like that (porn, fur coats, sex toys, alcohol). Everything to them is just a charge for an item that was not delivered, or an unauthorized charge for an item, or whatever.
If the person knows what bukkake is, he or she is not going to have a discussion about it. For your part, you had a paid subscription to "a video streaming service" or whatever, and the charges continued after you canceled. They don't care what you watch anymore than my credit card company cares whether I watch Real Housewives on my cable service, or PBS documentaries. They don't care. And they won't call your wife or your friends to discuss it with them.

People buy a lot of stuff they don't want others to know about, not just porn. No credit card provider is going to 'out' you, because nobody would use their card if word got out about them failing to protect their clients' privacy.

^ My concern was a wife or girlfriend that sees your credit card bills.
I may be totally wrong, but most (note: I am saying "most," not "all") wives and girlfriends don't like it when their men watch porn, much less pay for it.

I have read the comments above and i have to say i was surprised. I had a yearly membership with these guys and was quite pleased with them. As soon as I asked to cancel, they replied within 24 hours and cancelled me without causing me any problems. With their cancellation confirmation they had also made me an offer that if I wanted to re-subscribe, I would get one free month. You won't hear any complaints coming from me!

Great site with great content and great support i have to say. Price can be expensive if you do not take a discounted offer. I subscribed to the site for a month and requested cancellation instantly in order to try their methods. They replied back to me the same day with a very tempting offer which i declined, not because i didn't like it but because i was freaked out by the reviews i read. Next day my membership was cancelled so either you guys writing negative are competitors of this site either you suck anyway. Totally recommend extremebukkake!
