Spring is in full swing meaning it is once again time for the annual South Florida eXXXotica expo held in the great city of Fort Lauderdale. My apologies for the delay in starting this report but I apparently caught the "convention cold" this year and have been sick as a dog this past week. This year's show was making a return to the Fort Lauderdale area after it's debut last year. The show organizers also bumped the show up a month from the first weekend of June to the first weekend of May. This meant the show was held a mere three weeks after the Atlantic City show in New Jersey. I was excited for this show as there were many returning stars and a TON of new girls I had never met before. There were a few cancellations/no shows including such notable names a Kristina Rose, Dillion Harper, Gaia, Raven Rockette & Bonnie Rotten. All had various reasons and gave notice they would not be attending. While I've never met Dillion, the other four are some of my favorite girls to see and I was very disappointed I wasn't able to see them again. The weather was very cloudy and overcast on Friday, but it never rained. South Florida was getting the remnants of the severe storm that tore through the southern U.S. that caused severe flooding & tornadoes across the South. The floor-plan was pretty similar to last year. The stage was all the way against the back wall, but was moved a little to the left instead of dead center. Rather than start in the middle I decided to walk to the far end of the floor and start there so I could work my way across the entire floor row by row.  [Link] |

Those mirrored tables may have looked cool, but they made taking photos of the girl a major pain in the ass, which you will see later. [Link] |

The first girl I met there was none other than Asian sensation Cindy Starfall. Textbook Asian spinner that's just barely over five feet tall and less than a hundred pounds. Beautiful face, flawless skin and a million watt smile. I'd never met her before, and was excited to finally be able to. She was very high energy with a bubbly personality and smiled constantly. In order to sell alcohol at the show, the area has to be cordoned off. By elevating the area it also gave VIP attendees a better view of the main stage where they could see over the crowd on the ground. [Link] |

I asked if anything ever came of her public campaign about the scandal she replied no. Twisty's never contacted her and still has never made a statement about the issue. They've just completely ignored the entire issue. Vanessa added that she's not bitter about the issue. She found a silver lining in all the publicity and exposure the issue has given her.
