I think what would work (that I've yet to see) is a double-ended buttplug. I imagine taking two and gluing them together would suffice. You don't want it too long so that she can't sit/writhe comfortably on your ass, and you don't want it so long that it's uncomfortable for you with her weight bearing down. Maybe a small and medium glued flange-to-flange. Experiment with some cheapies and see what works for you. You could also try one of those double dildos (two side-by-side) and glue that to a buttplug. That way, she can have one in her pussy AND in her ass, while the buttplug end is in you. I have the feeldoe and well, it isn't as easy for anal penetration as it is for vagina penetration (used by a lesbian couple). Also, the position you mention is tough for anal penetration anyways, let alone trying to have her position herself on the double dildo too. I think a butt plug or a regular dildo would work even if it isn't double ended, and some movement would come from her grinding on top of you during the massage.
