Make the same sort of noises and movements you'd make if you were actually having an orgasm (or what you think your partner expects an orgasm to look/sound like). If the gal is a bit soggy on her own that makes it easier, there isn't always a copious amount of ejaculate. If he's wearing a condom, it's real easy to just not let her see it.
