After all this was porn history in my living room. 4 1/2 hours? I have never watched a mainstream movie even close to that. And mainstream movies, if you are lucky, have interesting plots, compelling characters, witty dialogue, challenging themes, good pace and credible actors. You're not going to find much of that here. I can say categorically that every scene (except for the last) could have been cut in half. And nothing would have been lost. This would have been a good 2 hour movie. It seems picky to criticize the lack of story in a porn movie. Actually I was glad there wasnt much more. Listening to Rocco struggling with his English dialogue is painful. Think Yves Montand in Grand Prix. The whole plot is Taylor loves Bella but also wants Rocco all for herself. Bella loves Rocco too. I have no idea why. I guess cock size but its not clear. Taylor is excellent as always, but I wish Bella had more opportunities to say something. The sexiest scene is Bella stripping, alone in her apartment. The music and dancing is first rate throughout the movie. Bella definitely has star power and looks good even in casual clothes without makeup. The Taylor-Rocco and Bella-Rocco sex scenes are energetically raunchy, but the rest drift endlessly into tedium. Then theres the S&M. You're going to be literally smothered in it. I like the rough stuff, but these latex masks, especially when they cover up beautiful Bella and distort her sensuous lips, do nothing for me. And the clothespins! If you find clothespins erotic, you will love this movie because they are everywhere. The low point is a scene where it looks like Bella's nipples are going to be torn right off her breasts. Doesn't seem like a healthy place to be. I respect the effort, though, and in the context of the artistic wasteland of porn, I'm sure it will win lots of awards, and my tiny nay won't mean a hill of beans. [Link] |

I actually hesitated quite awhile before posting, because I knew you were a very active contributor. You were one of my true favorites when you were performing, and I can only imagine all the hard work that went into the project. Meesa like it, but let the world know that the "mainstream" Stagliano is an acquired taste. I managed to enjoy his wackiest experimental works (De Blond , for example), so I dug this one too.
