Click to expand Actually, it is not for the power or increased intensity of movement in martial art. It is more to strike fear in the enemy, and get a mental advantage. However, it is the breathing that is important to deliver power and this can be done silent, however it can come with some sound too, depending on the person. You're not totally wrong about sex and martial art, the breathing is important.
