Not sure if it's necessarily considered dirtier, but it is true that many JAV actresses won't do GG scenes. There is still a lot of it though. And I certainly prefer to see girls with good chemistry that are really into it to those that only do it for the money and phone it in.

I honestly believe that whether through nature or nurture (my guess is nature) women have an easier time doing scenes with other women even if they are straight, than would be the case for men of the situation were reversed. I think that women are just naturally more attuned to being able to have sex with other women.
