| SunShowers Member 333 Posts 4/08 | We've seen each other twice since my last update. We're not "together." I think he's one of those guys who likes me when I'm around, but doesn't necessarily think about me when I'm not. It's kind of up-in-the-air at the moment. I've slept with him on one of the times I mentioned, not the other, though I did sleep at his place. I can't know what he's thinking or what he wants, so I don't try to guess or give myself a migraine trying to figure it out. I've been really busy and have actually had a second wind in regards to my future career. I've started coming out of a massive depression and that's helped me not worry about him so much. The night I didn't sleep with him, he acted like his feelings were hurt the next morning because I had someone come pick me up. The next night we hung out, he invited me to hang out with him and several of his friends. One of them got really drunk and groped my ass. I slapped the guy. I got really annoyed because my guy told me to "apologize," but now I'm not sure he knows his friend groped me. I kissed the guy on the cheek and the next time I talked with my guy, I told him I wasn't sure I wanted to keep doing what we'd been doing, and in response to that he suddenly blurted out, "Did you kiss my friend when we went out?" Apparently, his friend told him I'd kissed him. So I explained what happened and he seemed ok with that. But a week and a half goes by with no contact from him. That is the one thing that makes me resentful. He says we're not fuck buddies, but he doesn't check in or even respond to me like he cares. Plus, he doesn't ask many questions about me or my life, nor do we really have good conversations in general. I'm interested in him and ask about him, but he doesn't do the same. So I, like an idiot, get really drunk and text him this past weekend. Mind you, I am bi polar and was having a really bad time, so I wasn't thinking great. I hadn't heard from him and it was pissing me off. One of my guy friends told me to be straight and tell my guy how I felt, so I texted him (because we usually text and I was too drunk to try to talk to him on the phone, though we have been talking more on the phone) and told him that I like fucking him, but unless he is willing to have an actual conversation with me, then he doesn't need to contact me again. The next morning, he replies and tries to chalk my message up to being a "drunk text." That's been all. I wished him a happy holiday Tuesday and he responded with the same. That's been it. I don't have a future with him. I'm really not very demanding. I've been very sweet and patient for the most part, and I've been a good bed companion. His friends like me and I did a good job hanging out with them. I just hate how he doesn't contact me or talk to me that often. Despite what he says, I am a fuck buddy and while I love fucking him, my pride can't handle that kind of situation. So that's what's happened so far. Please, no mean comments. |

They've just been honest. Ultimately, you can (and will) do as you please. No-one here's living your life for you other than you. It's just that if I was going to ask the world for honest advice on a situation I felt was currently beyond me (in experience or whatever), I'd do my best to listen to the good advice given, and not get all pissy when I'm not being told what I'd actually want to hear. But that's just me... |
| jayo All-Star Member 2117 Posts 7/04 | You see it when someone asks a question, gets an answer, and then changes the question slightly and poses it again, until they get the answer they want. You can see this in the other train-wreck advice thread here, from the guy who says he can't get a girlfriend. I saw something very much like that on a blog once. The guy posed his problems and got a lot of good advice. But the problem never went away. It wasn't really about solving a problem; it was about complaining about the problem. |
| SunShowers Member 333 Posts 4/08 | My reaction, you incredibly perceptive person, was to the hateful mockery of some of the people in this thread. No, I didn't take any of the advice given me. I GOT drunk, I fucked someone. When I am drunk and in a sexy moment with a guy, I'm not going to remember "Oh, Sir-Ream-An-Asshole on ADT told me this and this, I better mind myself!" I'm largely over this guy and he maybe runs through my brain five times a day, and mostly when I'm horny. I consider that a WIN, so the fact that I didn't take advice from you all ( advice which, by the way, would have robbed me of some awesome sexual encounters) is MOOT. It doesn't matter anymore. I made the best decision, honestly. I got the incredibly painful procedure of popping my cherry out of the way, I had some fun, I gained some sexual knowledge, and most importantly, I've learned that sex without love or a relationship is not my cup of tea! I feel liberated! I know what I want from a guy now. And no amount of self-righteous douchebagery from people who have years of age and experience on me, and who probably did shit just as reckless or even more so than I, is going to make me feel bad about it. So stick your thumb up your ass! Hahaha! |

| Kimi Lixx Senior Member 2012 Posts 6/01 | BTW, if you're thinking about this guy 5 times a day, you are not over him. That isn't a slam and I'm not ridiculing you. I wouldn't expect you to get over him for quite some time. Most people never forget their first sexual partner and retain an emotional connection to the experience throughout their life. When you get to the point where you think of him, and suddenly realize you haven't thought of him for years, that's when you're really "over" it. |

These were the people who took the time, and originally gave you advice on Page 1 of this thread when you were asking for it, BEFORE you subsequently did what you did. Nice to know how you really view the significance of them and their advice. After all it's only a fucking porn forum; everyone only wants to ream arseholes and no-one's got anything good to say anyway, right? |

| Bob All-Star Member 5516 Posts 3/03 | In hindsight, I know that over the years I've started threads in Sex Talk for all of the above reasons (and many mixtures). I have no idea what's going on with you, SunShowers, but I do wish you the best. |
