| Juleann Member 6 Posts 12/11 | My boyfriend has been wanting me to try doing anal for a long time, and i don't really feel pressured because i also would like to do it, but i've always chickened out.. Now i decided to stop being such a coward and i've bought a realistic dildo the same size as my bf's dick, around 7 inches, and i want to start doing some anal training, but i need advice from someone experienced. Like, i've never had anything bigger than a finger in my ass, can someone guide me how to go from that to a 7 inch dildo, and then to a real dick? [Link] |

Those are made to look impressive in the store and may not be the best for training purposes. Consider buying a butt plug with a tapered end. It will make the insertion easier and you can leave it in place and work on relaxing your sphincter. The best advice is GO SLOW. |
| Sugarcultaru Member 75 Posts 7/10 | Another underrated tip with anal training is frequency. You're trying to teach your ass to be flexible and do something new.... you can't do it once every 3 weeks. You really ought to be doing some sort of anal play at least 2-3 times a week minimum. A gymnast wouldn't be a very good gymnast if she only trained every 15th-25th day. If you feel discomfort, stop. If you have a small tear (small cut from it stretching beyond its means) you may need like 2 weeks to let it heal up. If you try to go at it the next day, the tear will still be there. |

I'm a big fan of Wet Synergy for anal sex/play. Just make sure your toy isn't silicone or the Synergy will destroy it. Doc Johnson makes nice little plugs from Sil-a-gel which is a phtalate and cadmium free PVC vinyl. They are squishy, safe with silicone lube and easy to clean. They're also cheap (under $20). I DO NOT reccommend desensitizing (aka numbing) lubes such as Anal Ease because the medication can sometimes be too strong. When that happens you may not feel when something is wrong and wind up being butt sore....literally. That's when those pesky anal fissures and rectal abrasions can happen. The more you play with your ass (or let him play with your ass) the less likely you are to clench up when something knocks on the back door. I would say your partner can do things to distract you until you get used to someone playing with your ass. But since you've already been fingered, you probably won't need that. If you do, have him give you some oral or fingering and when your good and relaxed her can finger your butt. When you're ready for penis, as others have said, laying sideways is a good place to start because you can totally relax. It's also a good position for first time penile penetration because his thrusts won't be so deep they hurt.As you become more confident, he can lift your leg and go deeper. Later on, when you both learn how much pressure, depth, thrusting strength and duration you can take, doggy and reverse cowgirl are also fun anal positions. There are three kinds of anal sex pain. 1) The sharp stabbing pain. This is caused from stretching the sphincters too far too fast. 2) The crampy I-gotta-poop-now pain. This is caused then the bowel muscles are stretched because they are not used to something moving in reverse order. 3)The gradual irritating carpet burn in your ass type pain. This is caused from friction because rectums do not self-lube like vaginas. All of this can be avoided by taking your time and being patient with yourself and your partner. The first type goes away from practice and working up to size. The second goes away with frequency. The more you engage in anal play/sex the less you will have the gotta poop sensation. Sometimes bearing down just a little as he enters can help too, especially when you first try it. I've been doing this so long now that at first penetration, I feel very full, I actually feel the hair on my arms stand on end and feel my nipples tighten hard enough to cut glass. That's part of the turn on for me. The third type of pain is just common sense...knowing when you've had enough and using a good lube. I'm not even going to go into enemas. I'm not a fan and as long as you take a good poop an hour or two beforehand and wash your ss really well, they aren't necessary. In all the years I've engaged in anal sex, I've only had a couple accidents. And by accident, I mean a little smear here or there. Nothing to get grossed out over. Lastly,relax.....it's just sex and the anal O's are totally worth it. |
