I'm very glad that you are happy with your shopping experience at Five Star.
Just a note for everyone shopping at the stores that advertise on ADT: ALL of the stores monitor ADT for customer feedback and information on a regular basis. If you have an issue like mslee did with one of the suppliers on this site please mention you are from ADT in your emails with their customer service department. A few of the sites have been known to throw in a little something extra for ADT customers. We have received feedback about customers receiving free trailer DVDs from VCA, posters, DVDs, coupons and other stuff. (I'm not saying that all of the stores do this all of the time but it has been known to happen occasionally.)
It's also best to try to be patient and work things out directly with each store instead of venting your frustration in the forum. If you don't have any luck or they are unresponsive then please let us all know. All of the stores that have a presence here provide quality customer service and have a firm commitment to making sure that their customers are happy.
