If you still have your copy of "Gabriella Fox Nude" I want you to pop the disc in and watch the BTS. Nothing worse than shelling out my hard earned cash (especially these days) only to find a smoking hot new girl giving a lame performance. I love Robby D and DP's work in general but they are huge offenders of shooting "noobs" and feeding it to us to consume knowing full well the performance is sub-par. [Link]

A new girls could work with her boyfriend (sometimes for years) until she got the courage (or gave in to the pressure) and worked with other guys. Racquel Darrien comes to mind. Now days directors/companies just throw a new girl into b/g/b anals or scenes with the roughest male performers around. And girls leave the industry so fast, they're sometimes gone before their first scene hits the streets. It's a sign of not caring about the new girls, and not caring about the long-term best interests of the biz. [Link]
