Well, your idea seems to be a bit interesting, but are you sure that that is possible? A girl getting gaged/deepthorated AND getting fucked at the same time. I personaly think of it as a "fart and sneeze" situation that would be practicaly impossible. But still I think that theres some hope for it.

I don't see why it wouldn't be possible. I've seen it many times in M/M/F scenes and it works just fine.

For example, the girl might be getting banged doggystyle while she gags and deepthroats the dude in front. No problem whatsoever. Am I missing something?

Unless the girl is doing ALL the work, riding a dick while deepthroating another, which requires some kind of coordination ;)

I have no problem with this idea. However, I remember reading in an interview with TB that he specifically avoided two on one scenes when he was performing b/c he felt that a girl could not give good head while being fucked by someone else. So, maybe he wouldn't mind shooting this type of scene, but it sounded like its not his idea of a great scene.
