I sent the following email to Game Link 3 times and I received no reply each time. Is the site still open or is it just bad customer service?

They're still open because I bought from them today but I admit they could improve on their customer service department as in answering e-mails. I have written them a couple of times with no reply.

I admit they're expensive BUT you get the money back by free shipping (over $150) and the bonus points you get for every $ you spent there. A couple of days ago I checked in all my bonus points and could shop for free for $200.
