as I am from Germany I might help you a little with this question.
As far as general laws on pornography are concerned Germany is pretty liberal. You can buy all kinds of porn in sex shops and video stores which you can find almost anywhere. Restrictions on some acts are limited. Child pornography, bestiality and hard torture/rape are obviously strictly forbidden. Fisting, peeing, scat is no problem at all. You will find all types of porn from many countries on sale. Germany is the biggest porn producer in Europe. There are no special state laws. This falls under federal legislation. Bavaria might be more conservative but this does not change the situation as far as buying porn is concerned. The GGG studios are located in Munich for example.
However, one big disadvantage for porn buyers in Germany is that it is strictly forbidden to sell porn via mail. You can order all kinds of toys and lingerie online but no porn. Therefore we poor German porn addicts could have our orders from outside Germany confiscated by customs if we have bad luck and the shipment is inpected. There is no penalty or any problem other than losing the goods though. Therefore you will not find any store in Germany offering porn via mail.
I am not informed about Austrian laws regarding porn but they must be pretty similar. The big difference seems to be the mail order situation as I know stores in Austria which offer porn to be ordered online. www.amor.at is an example.
