I live in the UK, and wanted to know what the legal position is regarding pornography in the UK. For example, R18 DVDs as sold by sex-shops normally have cuts due to censorship from the BBFC. If you import an uncut title either from Europe or from the US, are there any legal ramifications? Basically if I was to order a set of Diabolic/Anabolic titles from the US, and they were intercepted by customs, what happens? Am I in trouble for importing hardcore porn? Thanks :) [Link] |

Well I guess that means I can continue expanding my collection safely. I'm still nervous about putting in a first international order, but I'm going to give it a shot after Xmas, $21.95 for Diabolic DVDs is pretty damn good with the exchange rates as they are right now :) [Link] |
