The Skandal series was devoted to public sex, but hardly used any faux reporter or 'seduction interview' as set-up.
The one with the interviews and the faux reporter was called Straßenflirts . Once the interview on the street was over the sex usually took place in a studio and it was apparent that it was all a set-up anyway.
Both were first directed and starred Ralf Dorman (sometimes called Ralf Benter) and in later volumes the series were taken over by another German performer called Lee Valentine/Mike. I agree that the Dorman stuff was way better.
And no, I have no idea where you can find them on DVD.
Magma does have a newer public sex line you might be interested in, called Freetour Amateure . The quality is not as good and quite uneven at times, but some hold up pretty well.
