I actually fill a plastic jug and put it in the fridge at work, and drink a large glass in the morning - about 12 ounces. Sometimes I'll have a small glass at lunch or after dinner, too. The trick is to make sure you get 100% pineapple juice, not the stuff with water added or from concentrate. You also need to cut back on the unhealthy stuff we like to intake, such as smoking, heavy drinking, fast food, refined sugars, high fructose corn syrup, etc... because there's no point in trying to sweeten your juice if you're doing all that. I'll admit it's hard to keep up the routine, so I do the best I can. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to let my wife know I want her to taste my stuff. It just seems like a weird thing to bring up and I don't think she'd react the way I want her to if I did. [Link] |
