I would assume that Maestro owns that stuff and, as they are clearly no longer on good terms, he would be unlikely to allow it. Even if they were on good terms it would probably not make good business sense for Maestro to allow Mike to show better versions of their own scenes. As for August Ames triple bj scene on swallowed, can't confirm if it's a harder cut or not as I am not intimately familiar with the original. There is a mistake in the scene though with a significant chunk of the Romi/Chanel/Ally scene somehow cut into the middle of this one. This may account for the extra run time. [Link]
