It's a producer decision, we don't blame Mike Adriano because we think he develops mainly other fetishes (PAWG, ANAL, etc.) and we think he sells THOUSANDS DVD'S of every movie, always as we think; we don't know him and we are not sure of this, it is just a respectful speculation and deduction based in our little knowledge about this work, so we can be wrong. Besides that yes there are people like us who like this fetish but also there are people who see the puking blowjobs disgusting and don't like them, so searching a most of the times unknown payment proccessor and/or maybe get lower sales because of the customers who don't like vomit could be a little risky for him, like people here say "why to fix what is working?", repeat; we are just guessing.
