Even if you take the ethical side out of the equation, you're left with a minefield that isn't worth the risk. The fact that the plaintiffs in the lawsuit were awarded full copyright of their own content gives an opportunity for anyone else who worked for GDP and its other sites to come forward with a lawsuit with similar claims. I doubt any porn reseller/distributor worth their salt would touch this with a 10 foot pole. [Link]

Maybe some others. I don't know. Maybe the talent pool has changed in the last 20 years, but Amateur Allure used to have a lot of one- or few-and-dones before it started calling girls with months or years under their belts "amateurs." GDP appeared to work in the same niche -- debutantes and few-and-dones, generally dressed and made up like girls you'd see going out on Friday night or at the mall. I'm sure that not all of them were victims. I wonder if the talent pool for girls like non-victimized amateurs, who just need a little money or want to check a bucket-list item, is still out there, and I wish someone could fill that niche. The production values and setup would make these teasing newbies look like a million bucks and their dodging/teasing made them all the more desirable. It might be established pornstars getting fucked in inthevip/partyhardcore but it was usually the hot newbies who didn't touch dick who'd steal the show and get a ton of ID requests up on porn boards from dudes hoping to find more of them. But what the social media sites did was use their relationships with the large server providers to cut off Clearview from accessing servers that would make their platform viable. Clearview was forced to cut the service from the general public. This guy would sell identities of any model you wanted for a pretty hefty price. I think the biggest model that was outed from his selling was an amateur hotwife who went under the name bbcslutwife4u2. She is a school teacher from California who had a pretty big following. Even though she would conceal her face from camera, there was one video where her face was exposed for a quick second, and thats all it took for the guy to run her through Clearviews site. She was exposed weeks later. Pretty interesting story you read online what happened with her life. There are no legitimate facial recognition websites operating to the general pubic.
