Gal plays the unhelpful therapist well -- she seems to be going through a checklist of things that should help someone, but she does so in a rather cold and unfeeling way, hinting at the lack of true empathy and connection between them. I have praised Chanel's acting ability before, and I'll do so again. There are not that many spoken lines, but I think she emotes in an appropriate restrained way.

There are many, many porn scenes with quasi-comedic therapy story that end with the patient and therapist doing it. This is not going to be one of those. It's going to be a sad story.

As for tribbing, yeah, I don't much care for it. Long ago I had argued that they should simply focus on thigh riding/rubbing. It's much easier to do, and most women seem to really enjoy it. I wrote a "summary" of many of my reviews that had this long ago that had many pics.

I agree with you that in the face-to-face position they often go too fast. The problem, however, is not really the speed, but what's it for.

The key to female sexual pleasure, unsurprisingly, is clitoral stimulation (in the fetus, the clitoris and penis literally develop from the same mass of cells). To effectively stimulate the clitoris, you need pressure, which is to say, rubbing. Outside of fingers or tongues, this can be easily done by rubbing it against another woman's thigh (as I argued in an earlier post).
