I'm in the market for "Hannah Harper aka Filthy Whore"(a poor title). Well, since it's not on dvd, I've gotta get the tape. I've noticed that Goliath has this tape as does Excalibur, Jaded and a few other places that charge abusurd prices. If anyone knows about Goliath, I would appreciate comments.

I placed an order with them for some tapes everybody else said were unavailable. I figured everybody else was right but what the hell. I ended up cancelling the order after a month with no shipment, again no surprise; but what concerned me, and might concern you, is that they charged my card immediately upon receiving my order.

From my experiences, Excalibur and Jaded are more reliable than Goliath. My one (and only) experience with Goliath was very similar to Hardware's.

Well, guys, I failed to read your posts before ordering and they screwed me as they did you. It really angers me when companies deceive customers on what is in stock. Demanded and got a refund. Never again will I use this company when there are decent ones (and ADT affiliates) out there.

We should probably note that none of these outfits have warehouses full of porn out back. Excalibur has a limited number of titles they've made arrangements to reproduce themselves, but, by and large, they're retail distributors as well.

That being the case, all these companies list products which are no longer available or ended up not coming to market. One can fault them for not keeping their catalogs current but, hey, we're talking thousands of titles here.

I understand this marketing concept and can work with it, though it can be frustrating thinking you've found that special title only to discover it ain't necessarily so, but it's cause for concern when a distributor charges your card before actually distributing anything.

However, because of these production rights that they have, when Excalibur lists an older title that nobody else has, there's a pretty good chance that you will receive it.

I've bought a whole bunch of young Christy Canyon DVD's from Excalibur. The quality is not much, if at all, better than VHS, but those titles aren't available on VHS from anyone either.
