Shot at Home has the biggest variety of amateur girls, and just started a monthly "club" (or whatever you call it) as well as selling DVDs. I'd try them first just due to their variety (and because they have some darn good movies too!).
Tied for second would be Pixie's Emporium (which just sells DVDs IIRC) and Marie Madison (which does DVDs, videos, and VOD). Pixie's has the younger, fun feel while Marie's movies are often darker and more professional.
Coming in at fourth, at least for me, is Hal Maroon. He has a decent variety, but often lacks a bit for me by being a little too into himself. I've found a few of his movies where he was mouthing off like he was channeling Wesley or Cuntree Pipes, and that was just with sitting behind the camera.

Many "amateur" sites lure you in with he promise of amateur content. You are then confronted with the same old same old girls, who've taken it up the ass on a hundred other websites.

phatbasey, IIRC, Shot at Home has a few samplers. They also normally include about a half hour of bonus footage showing stuff from other releases. Hal Maroon also has a couple compilation DVDs. I can't think of one from Pixie's Emporium (I'm sure Mandi* will bitchslap me down, I mean correct me, if I'm wrong).

I also recommend Pixie's Emporium. They are constantly having sales that basically feel like you're stealing from them.
I just ordered 4 of their premium DVD's last weekend, and I only paid about $28! And that includes shipping. They have some 50% off thing going on often.
At those prices, I don't know how they make money, but I'll certainly keep buying from them.

I've just been doing a little exploring on the Club Shot at Home site I posted the e-mail about above. Granted, it's the first pay site I've checked out, but I'd definitely recommend it.
