I have no idea if I'm just doing something wrong or what but lately, when I try searching for something with the exact wording, it doesn't work. It just returns everything with those words anywhere in the page or whatever. This is irritating. Is it just me?

Yes. I noticed this over the weekend. It's not that it doesn't work, but when it finds 0 results it seems to revert to the general non-exact search e.g. the search [ invalid url ] doesn't. I'm pretty sure it didn't use to do that before, and I hope it isn't deliberate b/c it just seems like a stupid idea.
