Link/citation to any such lawsuit? It sounds preposterous to me, unless you're just talking about someone who is trying to generate publicity for themselves by claiming they're going to "sue youtube."
I couldn't find one in the end. It probably was someone trying to generate publicity but it was some well-known artist that felt unfairly censored and alleged the lack of appeals process was unacceptable.
Perhaps you meant this incident. But there was no lawsuit. They removed her stuff because somebody flagged it as inappropriate. She complained. They put it back.
Brazzers owns 80% of the mainstream web porn. They own the free streaming tubes (those whose links we arent allowed to post); they own Wicked, seeing from their live shows; they own also BangBros and RealityKings now

Would anti-trust laws apply? At what point would a monopoly of the business be forced to break up into smaller, independent companies? Or, would the government continue to look the other way regarding the porn business. While small producers are being squeezed out of the business, by those who own the tube sites, it would be great if someone cared about small businesses, rather than the 1%. Screw the tube sites and any company that owns them.
If Manwin managed to buy all those companies then that implies they were available for purchase. If they keep adding content to all those sites and if they also still produce movies for those studios then who's the loser? If they bough all those companies and slowly killed them then there might be place for a case but as it stands right now. Manwin is in many ways like General Electric. They own almost everything but it's just not that obvious.
^ Ok, I'm writing more appropriated then: Brazzers owns 80% of web-porn money......and I'm not speaking by myself...that's what porn-workers told me....
What I love about Brazzers is how they use your credit card to sign you up for multiple sites that you never agreed to and those sites do not have any way to cancel those memberships... The only way out is to cancel your credit cards!
I find it strange nobody is talking about the other effect of Manwin's almost monopoly on porn is heavily affecting porn other that destroying their competitors , (BTW they own Digital Playground now and have half Juls Jordan and are owners of CET facilities for STD testing ) The side effect is that the life span of a porn actress has been reduced from a couple year to three months of course not all at once , but think about it , there were some companies who were hiring the stars so they could work for any of them because all of them wanted some movies with requested stars to catch some fans ,to them you had to add mainstream websites and niche websites it took a while before a pornstar could cover all the possibilities she had and meanwhile could raise to stardome getting higher rates , and maybe become a contract star. Manwin destroyed this a new pornstar just gets a tour in Manwin's sites then they will go over to another fresh face and the pornstar had finished working , also the DVD only companies are now owned by Manwin which means no other chances of work in there ,they still have few opportunities with niche sites , but they have to change often too.
Add that Manwin also flooded the DVD market with compilations from websites and you see that the stars who were in the web are now available on DVD with their old scenes so even if the few DVD only companies wanted to hire some of them they won't because a star available everywhere wouldn't help to sell more (unless of course she is VERY good) So there's no work coming for them many of them begin to escort and slowly escorting become their main work so that they end doing just some scenes every now and then , it is even worse for those who aren't big , those obscure star that sometimes some of us love but aren't big they work very little. Real stars aren't appearing anymore ,many had the potential but you can't achieve anything with this short period , those who are or are on the way begun years ago or are Very Very good , some others are relatively new had few webscenes in some cases in niche sites but are working a lot for DVD companies , thus they may have a chance. The vast majority have not Note that those who work a lot are real stars from the past with a long term career and are still high on demand , Lisa and Julia Ann for example
