I have no idea the name of the movies but I have seen both Rocco (search for a movie called "Rocco: more then ever" I think it was part 2) and Jean-Yves Le Castel (or however the crap you spell his name) did it also. I am not sure where I saw JYLC doing it because it was some online clip from who knows where.

It is hard to tell from the small box cover photo at the Evil Angel site but if you look towards the top (I have it on VHS) you can see him wearing a strap on dildo while fucking a woman.
I do not however remember that scene from the movie so it may have been from footage from the first "Rocco: more then ever" movie.

I think we had this topic a couple of days ago and there more people suggested films. You might want to have a look there.
I've just seen it once in a german flick. "Teeny Exzesse: Hart Entjungfert" from Videorama, iirc.
