After I finished placing the order I was told I would receive a confimation on my order via e-mail, yet I have yet to receive this confirmation. I was just wondering if anyone had used them and how long it takes to get the confirmation. I know places like Reel.com and CDNow get you a confirmation within minutes of your order being placed, but I don;t know how long Five Star usually takes. ------------------ Don't Panic! [Link] |

I was just thrown a bit because I had never used Five Star DVD before, and I'm used to the almost instant replies from the other places. Personally I prefer the places that don't use automated confirmations (which are becoming very few and far in between) just because I know a real person actually has to look at my order and confirm it. ------------------ Don't Panic!
