I ordered four DVDs from Blissbox around a month ago and i'm still waiting for them. I sent two or three E mails but no response. I managerd to find a phone number but still no response. Any ideas what may have happened??.

I think it's normal for their orders to take that long and it's also normal for them to not answer any Emails! So no need to worry.

Cannot understand how you can order from a company with such lousy service. There are enough alternatives. If I cannot communicate with a company I will not make business with them for sure.

Sebastienk. It was the first time i had ever ordered from Blissbox. I assumed their Customer Service was reputable. Now it will be the last time i order from them. If you E Mail them they don't answer. If you telephone them it just rings. They have an address in Middlesex ,England which is a PO Box which does'nt give an address. Such poor Customer Service. Has anyone else had the same trouble with Blissbox?.

I used to buy from Blissbox but haven't ordered from them in a while. I found that it was always cheaper and more economical to buy from America. I never had any problems with them in the past.
You can try www.simplyporndvd.com I've ordered from them in the past. One DVD did take a very long time to turn up and on one occasion I didn't receive a box cover, but they were ok for the most part.

Incredibly i had my first E Mail from Blissbox since i ordered 4 DVDs way back in July. It stated that they had no record of my order and could i clarify the method of payment.
I had sent the payment by Royal Mail Special Delivery and i have proof of postage and ,by checking on Royal Mail Track and Trace ,i KNOW it was signed for at the other end. Still waiting for my DVDs afer 6 weeks. Avoid Blissbox like the plague.

i ordered a few dvds from blissbox occasionally. they can be realy slow. there was one time a dvd took 6 days to arrive this was rare. but usualy they take a long time to arrive i have had titles that have taken 3 months to arrive. there was one title on there web site that said would take 7 days to arrive. they sent me a e-mail telling me this was a mistake. i think it should say 28 days on there web site. i use us sites to buy porn the ones linked to this site. theres only one european porn company i think is good yourchoice i have been buying porn from them since the early 90s.

I to used to shop at blissbox but had a couple of lost dvds and customer service never responded.
I use filthyadultdvd.com now,ships from uk and they have more titles,twice i have not received my discs and they have responded within a couple of hours and sent out replacements,once they even responded on a Sunday.That's the sort of customer service every site should have.

jacco i tryed to buy porn videos in the uk first i got ripped off a few times. then i saw yourchoice ad in a mag.i have bought a lot of vhs videos in the past from yourchoice. my first yourchoice vhs video was sarah young . the first dvd i bought from yourchoice was devil in miss jones 3-4 and i have bought a few in the sale.

I confirm what IIain says regarding Filthy Adult they are the greatest site for British porn fans. They are very polite in responding to any concern that a customer may have. They reply very quickly. The service is second to none. First class site.

Your choice, filthy adult dvd, simply the best dvd/simply porn dvd and blue biamond adult dvd are all good comps. Last time i ordered from blissbox they took weeks
