What they did right was send the discs seperate to the covers. You see fisting on a cover isn't likely to be seized - you can show more on a picture than in a film and they won't check a small piece of paper in an envelope anyway. Sending the dvds seperate means that even if they open the package they need to trawl through the film, they have no cover to go by.
What they did wrong was fold the cover over, not just in two front to back but then again which left creases in the covers
