It seems, that they will be banned, because the distribution of violent porn is illegal in Germany ( StGb § 184 ). This doesnt affect the Netherlands, were this material is still legal. But the "Bundesprüfstelle", its almost impossible to translate this = ( "Federal Survey Authority dept." ) maybe (?), also complainted about this material and will take legal action, if this series is continued. GGG has withdrawn these DVDs completely, as a security measure. Former statements I made, that already 3 DVDs were confiscated were wrong, because the IVD mailed these infos. A group of citizens watches every porn movie that someone wants to distribute here. Their major gripe appears to be with things like bondage and spanking. The Ontario Film Review Board screens all adult sex films in accordance with guidelines dealing with areas such as consent, physical abuse, coercion, humiliation, degradation, and so on. The big difference contrary to the UK or Australia is, that they dont review movies before they are released, but only after they are released. But they have quite a lot of legal weapons to finally even shut down a porn company or a distributor. With the help of the state attorneys, of course. [Link]

How can you steal something that the distributor can no longer make available to purchase? I am in the U.S. so I don't have many other options to obtain these movies any longer. Can you give the company money for the item? No. Is anyone losing money because you cannot get the item? No. Could you maybe find it used? Yes. Is buying used any better than downloading it? No because the company isn't making any money from that either. If you stole a mustang. It would be stealing because that car belonged to someone else. But if some guy didn't want his mustang and let alot of other people borrow it for indefinate periods of time that would be closer to this situation. I personally don't find downloading porn to be the problem that people are making it to be. People who buy porn will buy porn. People who download porn if cut off will probably just stick to the porn they have or go back to watching softcore porn on the tv or just get off to a large amount of sites with sample videos and trailers. If this line was available guy whos downloading would go buy. Now I have a problem if people were to charge money for the illegal downloading of porn and whatnot. But the people who download porn are not going to be customers even if you cut them off. Which you can't. You can't scare people into buying porn. It is embarrasing to have a credit card receipt come with porn on it. Especially for those who like kinkier fare. Its not harmless and it is a bit wrong. But I truly doubt the people who download are gonna jump back and buy stuff just because they can't download full scenes/movies. [Link]
