Hi Guys
Firstly Im new to the site, so hello from me!!
I recently been reading into the story of 'Max Hardcore' and what going on with his prison sentence ect.
I just wanted to gather opinions of weather its fair or not? Is it just a case of freedom of expression? Or ishould the material he producers be taken seriously and seen as an offence?

Although I am repulsed by Paully's antics, one ought to bear in mind that "Max Hardcore" videos are staged (like World Wrestling Entertainment) with willing female paid participants who sign written commercial releases. American prudishness is the only reason that "Max Hardcore" is in prison. My personal opinion is that glorified violence is obscene, but I am sufficiently tolerant that I don't advocate stifling or incarcerating Vince McMahon. It is a shame that contemporary America isn't sufficiently tolerant of Mr. Little's staged events. He ought not to be incarcerated for a victimless "crime".
