Ok, after watching the clip again I can definitely say I have seen this scene. Heather is paired up with Gerry Pike and I'm pretty sure its from Butts Motel 6 which came out about 10 years ago. Unfortunately this movie was never released on DVD as far as I know and the original video is long out of print.
