The store sent a replacement and it turns out the replacement won't play either. I haven't had trouble playing other discs, however. When I put the disc in a DVD-ROM drive it plays a little better, getting as far as the menu, but freezes up and pixelates soon after. Does vivid have a bad batch of these or something?  [Link] |

(Vivid is one of the largest producers of DVDs in the country, including mainstream studios.) They had a problem with a few batches of product earlier this year but haven't had any similar problems since. It is possible that the place you bought this title from had some old inventory.
