If you know the actress, movie, anything you can possibly get from this one photo you'd be a savior since I have been trying to track it down for years here's the story, I saw it in one of those sample Kara's Adult Playground pages years ago and lost connection to it, then years later saw pictures from it a screenshot preview of a movie called 'Awesome Orgies 4' on vixeo.com, however as a member of that site back then I downloaded the whole movie with no luck meaning the scene was likely mis-screenshoted, especially since all the screenshots were of Anal Sex movies and the movie is about Orgies. This is the only screenshot that shows her face, and this is a basic description of the scene:
They are in a kitchen and the beginning of the scene has her eating his ass out rather energetically for a long time follwing by hard anal sex; parts of it reverse cowgirl on a stool of some sort in the kitchen.
