I haven't seen any porn films with subtitles in them. This would be something new to try out in porn.
But I can see how subtitles can work. A lot of porn actors and actresses aren't good at speaking their lines. Putting their words in writing on screen would make them more understandable and more explicit for porn fans. Perhaps even English-speaking films for the English-language audience would work better with English subtitles in them.
I think it's possible now to use the Google Translate service for initial translation that's understandable. And then native English speakers can polish off this translation by making it grammatically and culturally correct for the English audience.

Wasteland isn't exactly a porn-movie.
Someone who is good at translating porn-movie subtitles wouldn't necessarily be good at translating subtitles for other types of films. Because you need to understand the feelings and the intentions of the actors to translate their words well. It's this kind of understanding that makes human translation better than machine translation by computers.

Wasteland is an adult movie with an actual screenplay, strong story line and scripted dialogue. It was originally conceived as a mainstream movie. The producers, Elegant Angel, and the director and writer, Graham Travis, should be consulted if you want to market a version with Russian subtitles.
They would probably want it to be done professionally.

If you are serious then I think you really need to find someone who has a good understanding of English and Russian.
And then get them to learn to use a program like this.
DivXLand Media Subtitler 2.1.0
Although someone with good English who does not know any Russian could use the DivXLand program to make Russian subtitles. But they will not be able to check how good they are.
Also found this:

This looks like it could be good for general (YouTube) use (but not for porn I think)
