With the example you give:
If you have a number of MPGs, all from the same scene, you can use a DOS command to concatinate them. Say you have 9 mpgs, called gayporn1.mpg - gayporn9.mpg. All you need to do is go to DOS prompt, change to the directory those mpgs are in, and type:
copy /b gayporn* gayporn.mpg
This will make a mpg called gayporn.mpg out of all of your smaller files. Note that this works best for movies that are all from the same scene (and have similar names, and are the same resolution).
If you have a bunch of random movies you want to burn to cd or DVD, you can use a program like ULead DVD Factory (available on eBay for cheap). That's what I use... it came free with my DVD burner, and it works great.
