From my experiences of watching pornography and reading interviews about performers, there seems to be very few hetero female performers or any at all. does anyone know of any, past or present.The only ones i know of are Taylor Rain and Julie meadows? I was just wondering why there are so few 'straight' girls in the biz. Is it that there are just very few hetero females in society as a whole nowadays, as most seem to be 'bi'(bit of generalizing here),and this is just being represented in pornography. [Link]

I don't think it is necessarily that there are an increased number of bi girls in society, but more the case that those girls that are willing to perform in front of the camera are much more open to sex and sexual experiences, which would include bisexual experiences. Along the same line, you see a lot of anal in porn these days, but that doesn't mean that the 'rest of society' is going to have the same percentage of girls that love anal. DenverDon [Link]

So in an interview, a porn starlet is likely to claim they are bi. Its part of the "I'm extremely sexual" thing also. Supposedly, many men in gay porn aren't gay in their personal life, they are just gay for pay. Why would women be different? [Link]

I wouldn't "be gay on film" and not do it in my personal life. that just plain doesn't make any sense. do a job you don't like is one thing, but having sex with a gender you're not remotely interested in to be cute or get a pay check is pretty fucked up. male or female. not just talking males here. She also said that there is a lot of pressure put on women in the industry to do girl/girl scenes. [Link]
