We could submit nominations and then vote on the favorites for each option (actresses, sex acts, locations, costumes, etc). That would speed up the whole process - from a massive committee thing to a one day voting thing. (Of course would would probably have to have a head committe narrow down all the nominations to one shortish list).

But it would be nice to have one central thread that for one day everyone could post ideas (and to keep it simple, limit the idea to one sentence long and limit to a total of 3 (or less) ideas from each poster). Then from that list the director would have to incorporate each idea somewhere in the movie. Of course it has to be legal and logistically possible on the budget.

Hopefully one scene will be a grand cum shot fest with fully clothed ladies working at their office jobs splattered utterly by surprise.

I think there are some funny ideas here, and there may be even viable ideas here, but this is something that will never happen by committee. The best you can do is come up with a concept -- I'd say, select several fun threads, like "greatest hits" -- lean hard on the humor, and then assign a different vignette to each of several directors who frequently post here or have interest in the project.

You could probably set it up with a Bono-type guy sitting all alone at his computer, riffing on some hot starlet (gee, wonder WHO?), and then, magically, she appears and stuff starts to happen. Basically, the threads "come to life," and you can rip off Cocteau and use the desktop screen as kind of mirrorglass. Comic surrealism would be the best style.

I think collectively we have a lot of great ideas for good scenes. Idealy we should have a series to put out these ideas, not just one DVD with 6 or 7 scenes. But who has the money and time to devote to this project?

I like the idea of starting off with a poll about who should direct, film, edit, and distribute. But to narrow down the cast and what we want to see in a scene is where the poll thing won't probably work as there are too many options.
