I know this has probably been asked before and I know there are probably different ways to do it but I was just wondering in general how do the girls in most non-contract movies end up working with the guys do scenes with. Tons of questions here... More often than not do the director call up the girl and ask her if she's willing to work with porn guy "X" or do they call them up and say I want you in my movie who do you want to work with? Does the director ever talk to the girl directly or do they have to go through an agency? Are there ever times when a girl would rather do anal but the director says no? Are there times when the director shoots two scenes in one day with a girl to be used in two seperate movies? If the girl does the regular sex scene and then performers an unplanned sexual act on the BTS footage is she paid for it? Lastly, on a typical set is there a lot or any sex that goes on when the cameras aren't rolling? Thanks in advance.

Draxxx, I'm just some guy butt I'll offer up what I've gathered myself, for what it's worth.Apparently it's a casting agent (or director/producer in low-budget) that calls the girl's agency. Unless she's a contract diva, I doubt she gets too much say in who she works with. I mean, come on - look at all the sleaze-bags hot girls work with everyday in porn. Butt from personal experience the chick/agency will ask the guy on the phone; 1. What acts are required for the scene (B/G vag + facial, anal, B/G/G, bukkake, donkey punch etc) 2. Agree on the chick's fee for such a shoot 3. Who she will be working with So i guess she could always opt out if she didn't like the guy, butt like I said earlier, look at the sleaze bags porngirls work with; they wouldn't bang them in real life now would they?Obviously the director would have a sit-down with the talent before the shoot to discuss the ins & outs (pun bloody well intended) of the scene. in my experience, which may or may not reflect what other people have gone through... as a performer.. every morning the agent would take a group of girls around to the different studios to meet with the people in charge of booking, they would take poloroids of the girls and have them fill out a form, this is called a "go see" this is how they would match the girls to the parts the needed to fill I gave my agent a list of performers I would *not* work with, he also has a list of what you will and won't do and your availability so he knows if you can take a job when the booking guy calls the booking people would then call the agent to fill the roles that needed cast then the agent calls you (or if your staying in the house they post a call sheet at the end of the day) it basically says something like IMAK/ANAL Tuxford House W/Kensington Chap bring school Girl and stripper style/ make up on set 11am that is just the average run of the mill crappy movie, when you get into the better movies, the director calls you and asks you who you want to work with. as to do you ever want to do anal and the director says no, well anal costs more, your welcome to do it of you like, but if you do and its not agreed on you wont be paid for it. It does happen that you get shot by the same director for 2 movies in one day if you have unplanned sex in the bts you normally don't get paid for it, the exception is usually if the director offers you a couple hundred bucks for a pov blow job, but normally the bts sex is just for fun between scenes

A slightly different experience as a performer, which, as pointed out previously, may or may not reflect what anyone else has ever experienced... A plan a trip to LA. I call my agent and let him know when I will be arriving. I call my agent when I arrive. I call my agent again when I have all my paperwork ready. He says come to the office. I go to the office. I sit around, I do some new polaroids, I sit around, I smile and make nice with anyone who comes in the office, no matter who they are. 1.) Calls come in from desperate directors who have sets ready with no performers on them (the chick flaked), if I am even close to what they hired to begin with I am sent to the set. 2.) Casting people who come in see me, ask me if I'm available, I say "YES!", they look at my sheet (the thingie that says what I'll do, what I've already been in, etc.), if it's good for them, they book me. 3.) Casting people come in, they go through everyone's sheets because they don't know exactly what they want, by some miracle they pick me - my agent calls me to let me know I'm booked. 4.) I am shooting for someone, they love me, they ask me to work in the next thing they are shooting, too - Of course, I accept. 5.) I shoot for someone, they tell someone else that they loved me, someone else calls me and books me.
Thank everyone for the reponses. The reason I asked the questions I did was because I look at some of the guys some girls work with and wonder if they wanted to work with that person or if it was someone the director wanted to team them up. I also wondered for other reasons... After reading the posts about another porn star not wanting to do interracial anymore I wondered if the girls who do lots of IR do it because it's what they prefer or are they the "go to" IR girls (I guess you can be both) and end up getting called whenever the director wants to use a black porn star. When I see a movie with a mostly white cast and someone like Brianna Love or Sara Jay or Gianna is the only girl doing IR I often wonder if it's because they requested it or the director wanted a IR scene in the movie. Do Gonzo girls get "big" enough to only work with who they want? Also, when girls known to mostly do anal appear in a movie and don't do anal I wondered if the director specifically didn't want anal from them and if the girl will try to talk them into it. Are there any directors out there who aren't big fans of anal? The question about getting paid for BTS sex and if any off camera sex goes on was because of a funny BTS moment where Jack Napier and Natasha Nice were in the background of someone being interviewed trying to have sex. They didn't have actual intercourse in the movie (oral only)and they seemed to be having sex (or trying) even though the cameras weren't on them. I'm guessing they were seeing if Natasha could handle Jack because Natasha has been in two movies with Jack that I know of and has only had oral with him both times. Oh yeah, and do the girls get paid extra if the appear on the box cover? In a lot of BTS I see some directors do what looks like a boxcover photo shoot with most of or all the girls in the movie. Do they get paid for taking the photos or only if they end up on the boxcover? Just goofy stuff I've always wondered about.
I just gotta ask...Have you ever been at a convention or show or whatever and happen to end up talking to a guy on your list of of guys you won't work with and he says he'd love to work with you someday? What do you do? Say "sure" just to blow him off? Did you change your mind about him?Are there unspoken rules about that type of thing?
You can always say who you won't work with. You don't have to be a big name for that. Lots of directors will ask if there is someone you would LIKE to work with, and if that guy is acceptable to the director and available for the shoot they will book him. You don't have to be a big name for that, either. As for performers dictating who they will work with, I guess it just depends on how much the director really wants that performer in their work. Big name or no-name - some new performers will only work with a husband/boyfriend and they get hired. It's just all up to the directors.
I have specific needs, so I look around the agency websites and make a list of girls that would be good as, for instance, squirting cheerleaders. Or for next Friday's shoot, I need a latina who can be good for the cover. Oddly enough, since dumping my old business partner, I usually get my 1st choice right away, instead of taking forever to decide by committee. I call the agents and go down my list.
Hi Draxxx. you asked a lot of questions and the answers will probably vary by every director. Fortunately there are so many girls in the business. Fortunately for me I work with a lot of them as a performer for other directors. My casting is by fucking them on someone else set. Than I book my favorite girls for my own movies. Unfortunately there is only very few guys I like to work with. And they are all booked up. So I book the guys way in advance and then match a girl. But as I know them both I usually get a pretty good match. Yes, some of us fuck off set and that's the kind of people I like. Just horny! I try to catch as much as possible on BTS and you will see a lot of BTS sex in my movies. I have an extra camera for this. And of course I don't pay extra for it. They have fun and I already have a model release from everybody involved. On some occasions my make-up artist got fucked and I offered her some extra money to sign a release and put in BTS.
